Clinical Pharmacist – Field Based (Part Time)

RxPeople is working in partnership with a well-established outsourced pharmacy services provider to recruit a GPhC registered Pharmacist to join their team on a part-time, permanent basis.

The role involves providing on-site clinical pharmacy support, advice, and training to multidisciplinary teams across an allocated number of independent hospitals in Kent. You will support the safe use and management of medicines while ensuring regulatory compliance and best-practice standards are met.

This is a field-based role working 3 days per week (Monday to Friday) and will involve travel to multiple hospital sites across Kent. Due to the travel involved, a full UK driving licence is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical advice and support to hospital teams on the safe and effective use of medicines
• Support medicines management and regulatory compliance
• Deliver medication-related training to clinical teams
• Work closely with healthcare professionals to support patient care

Requirements

• Actively registered with the GPhC as a Pharmacist
• Minimum of 1 year post-registration experience
• Strong communication, organisational, and time-management skills
• Mental health experience is desirable but not essential, full training and ongoing support provided
